Penn Street Village Beer Fest is an event for the whole community and their families involving the Hit or Miss Public House, the Squirrel Public House, Holy Trinity Church, Penn Street Cricket Club and Hit or Miss Cricket Club. See current itinerary here!

Entry to the Beer Fest (including live music) is free of charge.  This year, we are pleased to announce that we are supporting Iain Rennie Hospice at Home and The Pepper Foundation. 

Each previous Beer Fest has been an outstanding success with over 3000 people attending over the 3 days last June.  This year's Fest  will offer over 60 cask ales, ciders and perry, a range of food choices and events and entertainment such as:   

•  2 Pubs offering beer tent, alehouse and bars with numerous real ales, ciders and perry

• Barbecues, Salad Bar and Bar Snacks as well as a full a la carte menu

• Village Cricket  

• More Live Music across both venues, with weekend lunchtime music including “Party in the Car Park” and a Brass Band as well as a live band each evening! Each band provides a different type of music, so there should be something for everyone

• Race night  

• Classic Cars, Motorbikes, Caravans and more

• Children’s Activities  

• Craft Fayre 

• Face Painting 

• Bouncy Castle 

• Scavenger Hunt

• Fire Brigade Visit (subject to availability)

• Treasure Hunt
