All of our menu is available in any part of the pub, including the garden and the bar area. 

We are very proud that all our dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients and cooked to order when requested by the customer. This can sometimes cause delays at busy times and we appreciate your understanding as we are confident that good freshly-cooked food is worth the wait.  

A la CARTE MENU - available Monday to Saturday along with our daily specials. 

DESSERTS (which are also all home-made) are listed on blackboards as these vary somewhat from day to day but general examples are listed on this site.

SUNDAY Menu - We offer a traditional roast throughout the day as well as a number of other choices all at the set price of £10.95 for the main course. Please have a look at the sample menu but be aware that the content changes weekly although we always feature Roast Beef. We also offer our full a la carte menu after 3pm.

PARTIES and RECEPTIONS - We are happy to take bookings as follows:

Less than 15 - Choose from our a la carte and specials menus

15 to 60 approx. for SET dinner or lunch menus

15 to 110 for FINGER BUFFETS

15 to 90 for HOT OR COLD FORK BUFFETS 

15 to 60 for BARBECUES

CHRISTMAS Menus For parties from 2 to 60 and more we have a choice of 2 set menus detailed from late August.
